We are not merchants; we aggregate publicly stated policies, SKU positioning, illustrative pricing snapshots, reputational anecdotes, experiential editor notes—we do **not** verify kosher supervisory agencies, scribal pedigree, hallmark authenticity claims, tariff exposure, brokerage charges, fulfillment SLAs contemporaneously minute-by-minute.

3. Acceptable use

You promise not to:

4. Monetization disclosures & consumer expectations

Comparative rankings may remunerate Judaica Advisor when outbound shopping occurs through tracked URLs. Monetization pathways do **not** purchase placement carte blanche—we maintain methodology guardrails enumerated in Editorial standards and reiterated in Affiliate disclosures. Consumers remain parties solely to storefront terms when leaving our domain—price, rebate, rebate clawbacks, substitutions, counterfeit enforcement, kosher vigilance—all lie with merchants/networks/card issuers/customs regimes.

5. Intellectual property

Original prose markup, illustrative SVG marks we generate in-house for mock directories, typography pairings within layout CSS, methodological charts—subject to Judaica Advisor copyrights unless credited third-party OSS. Trademark rights to retailer names remain with respective proprietors—we reference nominatively for truthful comparison commentary. Services provided “AS IS” / “AS AVAILABLE.” To the fullest extent permitted, Judaica Advisor, its collaborators, freelancers, heirs, successors disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness, uninterrupted availability, completeness, suitability for ceremonial law compliance. Neither party liable for consequential, indirect punitive damages except where statutes forbid waivers—in which case liabilities cap at tangible fees you paid Judaica Advisor (currently zero browsing fee) or USD100, whichever larger, unless courts disagree.

7. Indemnity flows

You indemnify Judaica Advisor against third-party allegations arising from your misuse of scraped exports, counterfeit claims you instigate improperly, phishing campaigns referencing our brand without authorization. Conversely, Judaica Advisor will defend proportionally against knowingly frivolous SLAPP attempts aimed at chilling comparative speech—budget permitting.

8. Governing law / venue placeholders

Operational counsel has not finalized corporate domicile. Until then, designate New York County, NY, USA as tentative exclusive venue for adjudicating disputes tethered expressly to Judaica Advisor’s contractual instruments once executed.
